**Welcome to Phat Bottom** We are a small, passionate company based in Sturgis, South Dakota, known primarily for our fiery and flavorful hot sauce. Alongside our delicious creations, we take great pride in our beloved truck, Patience. This is the tale of how we acquired her and the challenges we have faced in keeping her running. About four years ago, Leonard, Katera's brother, stumbled upon an intriguing ad on Craigslist for a vehicle that caught his attention. He proposed a unique partnership: he would finance the purchase, and my responsibility would be to retrieve the vehicle, restore it, and ultimately sell it. However, as soon as we laid eyes on this charming wooden truck, our hearts were captured—it was the perfect embodiment of what we needed to promote our brand.
